What were results of the demo call?

Automated Process Explainer

Sold: Lead is automatically sent an introductory email and SMS with the link to sign up and a task is created to monitor this and make sure lead signs up.

Follow up: Lead process is put on wait until the specified follow up date. On the date of the follow up, a task is created for the assigned user and also the demo rep to follow up.

No Show: Lead is sent a "Sorry we missed you" email and SMS with a link to reschedule the call. Task is created for assigned user to monitor and follow up accordingly.

Cancelled: Lead is sent an email and SMS with a link to reschedule the call.

Not interested / Not a right fit: Lead is removed from the pipeline/nurturing and DND is enabled.
